Delete your Agamoni account and data
This page explains how to delete your Zynapte Technologies Pvt Ltd / Agamoni account and what data is removed. Agamoni works without an account, so most people never create one; if you signed in with your phone number, you have an account.
Delete from the app (fastest — Instant)
Open Agamoni → Settings → tap your phone number / profile at the top → Delete account → confirm. Your account, step logs, phone number, and server-side data are removed immediately.
Request deletion via Web or Email (Without the app)
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your number, with the subject "Delete my Agamoni account" and your registered phone number in the body. We may ask you to confirm a code sent over WhatsApp to verify ownership. Verified requests are permanently purged within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, display name, phone number, locale), your authentication tokens, all pedometer step records and distance logs, your group memberships, any live location you shared, and the link between you and pandal submissions or issue reports you made.
What is kept
Approved public community content (pandal themes, photos, corrections) stays in the app but is completely anonymized and detached from you. Aggregated, non-identifying logs needed for security and abuse prevention may be retained for up to 90 days. Offline favourites live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Direct Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to permanently wipe your user record, step logs, and phone number, you can initiate a deletion request directly:
